For more than 20 years, SAS Baltic has operated as a ship agency in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. Each year, we handle up to 400 vessels of all types, representing shipowners and charterers in all matters related to port calls — including arrival, departure, and time spent in port.

We specialize in handling bulk carriers and coordinating bulk cargo operations — a field in which we possess long-standing experience and in-depth expertise.

Funding notice

“Equitable Work Structures in the Shipping Agency”

The project “Equitable Work Structures in the Shipping Agency” is funded under the ESF Plus Programme 2021–2027 of the State of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern with funds from the European Social Fund Plus of the European Union. The shipping agency is developing its work processes further in order to give all employees – regardless of language or background – equal access to information and workflows. The project establishes transparent, multilingual and standardised work structures that make collaboration easier, improve the onboarding of new skilled staff and safeguard knowledge in the long term. In this way, equal opportunities within the company are strengthened.
